When will my order ship?
Because my processing times change depending on my availability, I list my current processing times in the banner at the top of this website. If you need an item sooner, please contact me to see if I can accommodate your request.
I ship via USPS First Class but there is an option to upgrade to Priority Class during checkout if you would like to make sure that your package is insured if it gets lost in the mail (Priority mail is insured up to $50 but please contact me if you would like more insurance).
Will you combine my orders if I place multiple orders in a day?
Yes, I will combine your orders and ship them all together if you make more than one order in a day. I understand that this is necessary sometimes to make sure you're able to buy certain items that tend to sell out quickly. I will refund the excess shipping.
At this time I am unable to take returns due to the handmade nature of my items. I will however accept a return if there is an error on my part.

I am not liable once the package leaves my shop and is given to the Post Office.
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, due to the Covid pandemic, I had to stop shipping worldwide but I plan on shipping worldwide very soon!
